The hotel is located near the ocean, which is great for relaxing and enjoying the view. The staff is very responsive and helpful when it comes to customer requests. They provided a wide range of breakfast options, including both western and local foods. The pool area was very clean and the water felt refreshing. The gym was well-equipped and suitable for all levels of fitness.

The hotel was quite far from the main attractions, making it difficult to sightsee and explore. During my stay, there was a lot of noise coming from outside, which made it hard to rest and sleep.

Staff and service were the best things. Loved being within walking distance of Hecuo subway station. Moreover, free Wi-Fi was great.

the service is exceptional, staff members are always smiling and attentive. the indoor swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi are pristine and a great way to relax. the breakfast buffet is diverse with great choices for both Western and Chinese tastes and the Chinese restaurant has a great local touch. the spa centre offers body scrubs, body wraps and beauty treatments that will make you feel refreshed.

Nonetheless, this hotel is the perfect spot if you are looking for a vacation that offers luxurious amenities.

the location was good as it was right at the coast, but a bit far from attractions. Checking in and out was hassle-free. Although our room had some cleanliness issues, the bathroom was quite well-maintained. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast buffet with a variety of food. the view from the room was okay. On the other hand, the staff was attentive and helpful.

We were disappointed to hear that the hotel charges about 50% more than what they mention at the dinner buffet.

Beautiful sea view from room and pleasant staff. the breakfast buffet offered a wide range of delicious food for different diets, including a great selection of fresh fruits and juices. the hotel's location is perfect for business travelers, as it is close to the city center and commercial district.

The air conditioning in the room was not working properly, resulting in a stuffy and uncomfortable sleeping environment. the bathroom amenities provided were lower in quality than expected, and the towels were a bit worn.
